Command Centre (CC)

We provide a 24/7 Operational Command Centre. Our Control Room Officer will designate at least 04-night supervisory checks by our Operations Team per calendar month.

Training at Supreme Security Agency Pte Ltd

Before deployment of our security officers, we provide continuous training to maintain and understand the capabilities of the security officers. We also conduct ad-hoc training sessions for our client’s subcontractor/management & non-security staff on related security matters like reporting of defects, suspicious person or parcel, etc.

Electronic Clocking Device

We provide an Electronic Clocking device together with clocking points (as required) for the security officers to patrol around the premises at designated timing.

Real-Time Incident Reporting System

This computer program serves as a central repository database of reported incidence at all clients premises. We use this data in making complex analyses of breaches and security violations to discover pertinent trends. Thereafter, we apply the same in evolving standard operational procedures to proactively combat security breaches.

Real-Time Biometric Attendance

Digital Diary

We shall replace traditional incident, key issuance and occurrences books, SOP files which the CRO can monitor and upkeep remotely. The security officers will be to use simple and customized e-learning software to familiar with daily operations needs and mitigate mistakes arising. This will boost the confidence of the security officers on site. We shall equip each guard post with an Andriod 10″ device for better visibility. The device will be able to transmit data to our server via data SIM cards (4G) which will be provided separately.

Body Worn camera

Body Worn cameras will be issued to the Security Officers on duty. The security officer will be able to record events like disputes, patrolling, etc. Body Cameras will allow the security officer to report any incident to the management or superiors by playing back the recorded videos from the SD card in the Body Cameras. Each body camera will be equipped with a 32GB SD storage card. This mitigated writing tedious reports and solving disputes efficiently. Recording of the incident will help the company to do After Action Reviews (AAR) more effectively and supervisors or Operations Staff can conduct training or case study and improvement on any incidents, which can be an educative approached.

Remote Monitoring Service

We provide 01 camera to be placed at the security guardhouse to monitor daily operations movements in real-time to e streamed to our HQ. A DVR (recorder) will be placed at the security guard post.

3-Wheeler Motorized Bike

We recommend the use of a 3-Weeler Motorized Scooter for the security officer to use during patrol or attending to some situation within the premises. This Motorized scooter will allow the security officers to work efficiently. This Motorized bike is battery operated and equips safety features that are less prominent to capsize or injured the user.

Maintenance of Current CCTV System

We provide non-comprehensive maintenance of the CCTV system. Our CCTV checks are conducted every quarter of our existing security manpower contract.

CCTV Cameras & Recorder Maintenance Service

We provide non-comprehensive CCTV cameras & Recorder (DVR or NVR) maintenance service. We have trained technicians to conduct quarterly service reports and recommendations.
Other CCTV solutions we provide are Video Analytic for remote surveillance, Security Concierge Kiosks for Visitor Management Services.
